Amanda Vares
A native of Rhode Island, internal medicine veterinary technician Amanda Vares has been part of the Tufts VETS staff since June 2007. Amanda attended Northeastern University and received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2004. She is currently attending Rhode Island College and is studying Biology.
In her spare time, Amanda takes pleasure in watching local baseball and football games, working out at the gym, yoga, kickboxing, reading, cooking and spending time with friends and family. Amanda also enjoys playing with and training her dog, Meka, and the two are currently working on Meka's Canine Good Citizen certification.
